I am using the Mobi to do my lessons and the Mobi freezes all of a sudden. Then while I write random lines come up and it is such a big problem. I loved the old interwrite pad because I had less problems. We have updated to the newest version of interwrite and still no success.

Please try the following:

1) Remove all icons from the eInstruction Device Manager

2) Exit the eInstruction Device Manager from the system tray

3) Navigate to the following directory and delete the .eInstructionDeviceManagerPreferences.xml if it exists: C:\Documents and Settings\[username]

4) Navigate further and delete the XML files in this directory: C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\eInstruction\Device Manager
