Recent international installations include:

Russia
Interwrite Learning will supply interactive whiteboards to the four major regions in the Russian Federation. The contract for over 1,600 Interwrite Boards will support the Russian’s Ministry of Education’s objective to provide students from various regions in Russia with equal rights to access information-reference resources and educational programs in a dynamic and interactive setting.

Mexico
Interwrite Learning will supply over 11,700 Interwrite Boards to provide support to the Mexican government’s “Secundarias Project”, which provides secondary schools in the country with the equipment required to access digital resources for teaching and learning. By February 2007, there will be over 36,000 Interwrite Boards installed and operating in primary and secondary schools across Mexico.

Italy
In partnership with distributor, Know K. Srl, Interwrite Learning will install over 120 Interwrite Learning Interactive Classrooms in primary schools throughout the region of Bologna. These installations include an Interwrite Board, Pad and PRS Class Pack in each classroom.

Sitech Systems, Interwrite Learning’s Partner in New Zealand, will work with Decile 1A schools in Flaxmere, the Hawke’s Bay in New Zealand. Over the next three years, every classroom will be fitted with an Interwrite Board, two Interwrite Pads, and an Interwrite PRS class pack system. The funding has been provided by the local Licensing Trust with the objective to improve the educational and work opportunities available to the children and families in this area.

During the length of the project, Interwrite Learning’s Spanish distributor, Artigraf, will install close to 500 Interwrite Boards throughout the region. The Extremadura Government evaluated several vendors on issues such as durability, reliability, Linux compatibility, functionality, resolution and the availability of training for its teachers.
